All orders sent from our overseas suppliers are shipped with Free Delivery

Orders sent from within New Zealand are free delivery over $70 and are not available for international delivery.

After Your Purchase:  Once you've made your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If it's not in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder.

Dispatch Times:  We strive to dispatch orders swiftly from our warehouse or directly from our suppliers' within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods, we ask for your understanding and to allow for up to 5 business days to process your order.

Addressing Concerns

Incorrect Address?  Mistakes happen! If you notice any discrepancies in the delivery address, promptly email us with 'URGENT' in the subject line. We'll make the necessary changes before your order is on its way. Please note, if an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to us, we are unable to provide compensation for this error.

Regarding Lost or Stolen Packages

Our Policy:  We entrust our delivery partners to handle your order with care. However, Grace and August are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after the courier has confirmed delivery. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for such orders.
