Shipping Policy

Local Orders (New Zealand)

NOTE: NZ T-SHIRT ORDERS AFTER 2ND DEC MAY NOT BE DELIVERED IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS - AU CUTOFF FOR CHRISTMAS IS THE 8 DEC

Processing Time: Orders containing stock within New Zealand are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email upon order processing and another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Delivery Time frame: Expect delivery within 2-4 days from the shipping date. Longer if you are and RD address. 

Rates & Estimates: Shipping starts at $7.80, with Rural Delivery starting from $11.80.

Free Shipping: Orders exceeding $90 are shipped free. 

Orders from International Suppliers:

Order Processing: These are processed the same day, but packing and shipping times vary by supplier. Typically, delivery occurs within 9-21 days—refer to individual product listings for details.

Shipping Costs: Products from international suppliers are charged the same as domestic items. 

Tracking Information: You will receive your international tracking number once your item is shipped. Please note there can be a delay in receiving this number due to bulk processing by suppliers.

Potential Delays: We note that there can be delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues that are beyond our control.

International Shipping:

New Zealand Stock: We do not offer international shipping for items stocked in New Zealand due to high shipping costs.

International Suppliers: Most items on our website can be shipped internationally if they come from our international suppliers. Please enquire, and we will look into this for you. 

US Customers: For a tailored shopping experience, customers in the US are advised to order from www.graceandaugust.com which includes items like Grace and August's watering cans and garden aprons. (items differ between sites due to availability) 

Order Status and Tracking:

Notification: You will be emailed when your order has shipped, complete with a tracking number. If you did not supply us with an email when placing your order, we will be unable to supply you with your tracking number. 

Tracking Update: Allow 48 hours for your tracking information to become active, which may take longer during busy periods.

Issue Resolution: If your order has not arrived within 7 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, and it's not an order from our overseas supplier, please reach out to us through our 'Contact Us' page with your name and order number. Alternatively, you can email info@graceandaugust.com for assistance.
