Really happy with the masks, I ordered adult and child size to try and child size fit my small face perfectly. Gave the adult ones to my mum. Received extra filters in my order which was a lovely and very appreciated surprise. I feel much safer going out and about as someone with a compromised immune system. I ordered a number of masks of various patterns. One particular pattern I ordered 4 of but only three were available and a substitute was made as close to one I ordered, which was fine. On packing note I was notified there had been a substitute and why and told to contact if I wasn't happy. I appreciated the great communication.
