Ingredients
Sodium hydrogen carbonate & Citric acid - more commonly known as baking soda. When you combine citric acid and baking soda in bath bombs they neutralize each other and create the fun fizzing action.
Jojoba oil - Jojoba oil has a variety of healing properties that may make it effective in treating skin conditions like acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Ideal for sensitive skin.
Natural plant essential oils - Essential oils are often used in aromatherapy, a form of alternative medicine that employs plant extracts to support health and well-being.
Turmeric acid - Turmeric has been known to assist with various elements such as relieving arthritis pain, improve digestion and liver function. Along with alternative therapy for heartburn, inflammation, and stomach ulcers.
Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate - Natural, moisturising and mild. It hardly irritates the skin and does not cause allergies and toxicity to the skin.
D-glucose - Ensures that the essential oils in the bath bombs do not evaporate during storage.

Orders within New Zealand: Shipping starts at $7.80. Rural delivery starts at $11.90.

Free Shipping New Zealand: Available on orders over NZD 85 (excluding discounted bulk mask orders and wholesale).

T-Shirts (Made to Order in Australia): Shipping to Australia starts at AUD 8.90. Free shipping for Australian orders over AUD$85.

Face Masks: Shipping rates vary. (Bulk discounted orders are excluded from free shipping.)
Orders shipped within New Zealand qualify for free delivery on orders over $85 NZD. International shipping is not available for New Zealand-stocked items.

Dispatch Times

Lost or Stolen Packages
While we trust our delivery partners, Grace and August is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for such cases.
International Shipping
New Zealand Customers: Products stocked in New Zealand are exclusive to local customers due to the high costs of international shipping. Most of our overseas suppliers will ship to other international destinations. Please enquire.

At Grace and August, we want you to love what you receive. Please read our returns and exchanges policy below, which varies depending on the product type.
Custom Printed T-Shirts (Print on Demand)
Each of our t-shirts is custom printed to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or if you wish you’d chosen a different design.

Please choose carefully: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-printed t-shirts unless the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.

If your t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@graceandaugust.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Garden & Home Décor, Watering Cans, and Aprons
For our Garden and Home Décor items, Watering Cans, and Aprons, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and original packaging.

Email info@graceandaugust.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for return, and a photo showing the item in original condition. -
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit. -
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (excluding original shipping fees and a $3 restocking fee per item). -
Damaged or defective:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
International Orders
At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on custom-printed t-shirts or for any products shipped outside New Zealand/the USA, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
