Orders within New Zealand: Shipping starts at $7.80. Rural delivery starts at $11.90.

Free Shipping New Zealand: Available on orders over NZD 85 (excluding discounted bulk mask orders and wholesale).

T-Shirts (Made to Order in Australia): Shipping to Australia starts at AUD 8.90. Free shipping for Australian orders over AUD$85.

Face Masks: Shipping rates vary. (Bulk discounted orders are excluded from free shipping.)
Orders shipped within New Zealand qualify for free delivery on orders over $85 NZD. International shipping is not available for New Zealand-stocked items.
After Your Purchase
Once you've completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders promptly within 1-3 business days from our warehouse or directly from suppliers. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.
Addressing Concerns
- Incorrect Address? If you notice a mistake in the delivery address, please email us immediately with "URGENT" in the subject line. Were possible, we'll update the address before your order is dispatched. Note: If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address and is returned, we cannot offer compensation.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is en route. Please note that tracking updates may take 2-5 days to reflect the current status.

Lost or Stolen Packages
While we trust our delivery partners, Grace and August is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for such cases.
International Shipping
New Zealand Customers: Products stocked in New Zealand are exclusive to local customers due to the high costs of international shipping. Most of our overseas suppliers will ship to other international destinations. Please enquire.
