Returns & Exchanges
- Home & Garden Décor, Watering Cans & Aprons: Change-of-mind returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. Refunds exclude original shipping and include a $3 restocking fee per item.
- T-shirts (Print on Demand): Made to order — no change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We’ll replace/refund only if faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- International orders: No change-of-mind returns for any product shipped outside NZ/USA. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are covered as above.
